Angelina Huyck has been identified as the Syracuse woman who was found dead in her home on Tuesday.
Syracuse PD officers were called around 6:53 p.m. Tuesday to a home in the 200 block of Hopper Road for a wellness check.
Upon arrival, they found Angelina Huyck, 30, of Syracuse, dead inside her home with ‘a lot of bruising’ on her body.
Huyck was identified Thursday by Syracuse City police spokesperson Kieran Coffey.
According to authorities, EMS was initially called to the residence for a cardiac arrest but discovered bruising on her body.
Family and friends of the deceased have been eulogizing her on social media.

No suspect has been identified at this time
