Saverio Saverino, one of the notable employees of the Backyard Breaks company has sadly died, the company has announced.
Saverio joined the company a few years ago and in his short time with them had left such a massive impression that his death left his colleagues in deep mourning.
According to their narrations, Saverino was the best guy to have around and an incredible employee and friend and he is bound to be sorely missed.
This was reflected in the tribute message shared by Backyard Breaks to Saverino which they shared via Instagram.
“Today we honor the life of a family member of the Backyard, Saverio Saverino. Sav was one of the kindest people that we’ve ever met,” the post announcing his passing read.
“He touched the lives of so many individuals, both within our company and all around the hobby. If you had the pleasure of meeting Sav, you knew how genuine of a person he was,”
His cause of death has yet to be publicly revealed.
Saverino joined Backyard Breaks as a breaker for the Backyard Hits channel a couple of years ago.
A culmination of a lifelong dream, Saverio was over the moon during his singing-on ceremony.

Looking ecstatic at achieving his dreams, Saverio thanked God and his family for supporting him throughout his life and never giving up on him.
“I want to thank these hot hands right here…I’m ready for this, I was born to do this,” he said to applause.
He started his career on a blinder and became noticeable due to his work ethic and personality.
Due to his incredible knack for deals, ‘Savy Hot Hands’, as he was sometimes known as, quickly started rising through the ranks as the top brass promoted him to better utilize his talents.
After an impressive start, he was moved over to the company’s buying team.
Saverino had a lot more left to accomplish but the cold hands of death cut short all his dreams.
His death left his company flabbergasted as they all struggled to come to terms with what had happened.
“[Savi] was one of the kindest, most selfless individuals that we had the pleasure of knowing. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our brother but he will forever live on in our hearts,” the Backyard Breaks team wrote.
“Thank you for your time with us, Sav. We will miss you every single day. Rest in paradise, Savy Hot Hands,”
A GoFundMe campaign which is to raise money to help his family cover the costs of memorial services and other expenses has managed to match its $30,000 goal.

Fans and friends paid tribute to ‘Savy Hot Hands’ with numerous comments, describing how he was a delight to be around and always welcoming to all and sundry.
“Savvy mf hot hands… you welcomed everybody into your rooms and your life with friendly open arms. May you rest in the sweetest peace brother ❤️❤️,” gibbersweets said on Instagram.
“You are gonna be missed by everyone who ever met you and even more by those who had not had the pleasure to meet you yet. We will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. Love from the ShinerPoolBoy Sav!” Patrick Hodges wrote on GoFundMe.
Saverino’s death has left an indelible mark on the world of sports card trading.
An extremely talented breaker, Saverino is bound to be missed.
He was not only talented at his job but was a man with honor and integrity and the world is much the poorer for having lost him.
